I ended up getting the job and a few weeks after I joined, the receptionist tells me that I probably already had the job anyways but she made sure to tell the partners how outgoing I was and that I actually remembered her name. Then the interviewer came to get me and we had the interview. I got a chance to learn the receptionist's name and let her talk about her interests and hobbies and I'd ask her more questions about it.
